Right of cancellation
There is a 14-day return policy for goods purchased on www.stromstore.dk.
The period begins on the day on which you receive your item.
If you order multiple items in the same order and we cannot deliver the items at the same time, the period begins on the day on which you receive the final item.
If the right of cancellation expires on a day on which we are closed, the deadline is extended to the following business day.
How to exercise your right of cancellation
If you want to exercise your right of cancellation, please contact our customer service at email@example.com.
You must contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your item.
You must present your receipt as proof of purchase.
Return of goods and return costs
If you want to use your right of cancellation, you must return the item to Strandvejen 169 A, 2900 Hellerup, Denmark.
You also have the option of returning the item to one of our shops.
You must send the item without undue delay and within 14 days after you have contacted our Customer Service.
We do not accept parcels which have been sent using COD or without distribution.
You must pay the shipping costs associated with the return.
Condition of goods when returning
If you want to exercise your right of cancellation, you must return the item unused and in the same condition as it was received in.
You must return the item in undamaged and original packaging.
You are allowed to try the item in the same way as you would be able to in our shops. If the item is used beyond that, you are liable for the reduction of the item’s value.
If the item no longer has a commercial value, we will not refund the purchase amount.
You bear the risk for the item until we have received it.
Once we have received the item and accepted the return, we will refund the amount of the returned item.
We refund payments using the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction.
It may take up to 5 banking days for the transfer to be completed.
